On Friday, April 13th, the beautiful young model, actress, and TV presenter came to my office in Jakarta. This was her second visit to MarkPlus. She came here previously to take some snapshot for a magazine, and that was about a year ago. She was using MarkPlus as the background in her picture that time. This time around, she came as invited to become a host in “Beyond Marketing” show in JakTV. She was both elegant and smart. She knew many things outside what her job scope requires. I am confident that she will be an excellent host for my TV show.
Beyond Marketing is a one hour TV talk show hosted by me. This program is produced and recorded by JAK-TV and is planned to be relayed to other local TV stations.
The idea of the talk show is to create public opinion that marketing is not only for commercial companies. Beyond Marketing, is actually derived from the Beyond “Conventional” Marketing phrase – “conventional” here relates to commercial companies than usually monopolize marketing activities. Therefore, the purpose of this talk show is to show that non commercial entities like Government, public organization, school, region, even individual need to understand and practice marketing principles.
Using my models, the 4C Business Landscape Analysis, the PDB Triangle, the Nine Core Elements of Marketing, special guest speakers are invited to share on the unconventional marketing they have used for either themeselves, a non-profit organization, regions, countries, etc.
